1. Manufacturer Warranty

All mining hardware sold by Nexton Mining comes with a standard manufacturer’s warranty, typically ranging from 3 to 12 months, depending on the product. Warranty coverage is directly provided by the respective manufacturer (e.g., Bitmain, WhatsMiner, etc.) and typically includes:

• Hardware malfunction or failure not caused by physical damage, power surges, or unauthorized modifications.

• Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.

• Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.

• Any signs of overclocking, third-party repairs, or tampering may void the warranty.

Warranty Claim Assistance:
If a customer receives a product that is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or develops a fault during the warranty period, Nexton Mining will assist in coordinating the shipment of the faulty unit or part to the authorized service center. However, all transportation costs, including shipping charges, customs duties, and any associated fees, must be borne by the buyer. Our support team will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth and timely resolution.

Ready Stock Items:
All ready stock items are processed and delivered within 7-10 business days of order confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Pre-Order Items:
Pre-order items have variable shipping times depending on the product. Shipping can take anywhere from a few days to several months, based on availability, manufacturer timelines, and import schedules. Estimated shipping times will be provided on the product page where possible, but these are subject to change.

If your order contains both ready stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately or hold the order until all items are available, depending on logistics and cost-effectiveness.
